Life Kitchen Florida offers a comprehensive platform for accessing and staying up-to-date with restaurant health inspection records in the state. Our daily updates ensure that you have access to the latest publicly available information at all times.

• Restaurants are assigned a Life Kitchen Score ranging from A to F, based on the severity of their violations (see scoring methodology below).
• The search feature allows you to easily find restaurants by name, city, or zip code.
• List View results are sorted based on proximity to your location using GPS.
• Map View provides a visual representation of scores from nearby restaurants.
• Live Drive Mode displays scores from nearby restaurants along your route as you drive.
• Add restaurants to your favorites for quick access to their scores.
• Filter options allow you to only view restaurants with specific scores (A/B/C/D/F).
• You can also view health inspections for theme park food carts, catering operations, food trucks, and hot dog carts by adjusting settings.
• All information is sourced directly from the State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations records.
• Share health inspections with others via social media, text, and email.

Please note that the State of Florida does not issue health grades to foodservice establishments. Therefore, in order to derive a Life Kitchen score, we utilize the following scoring methodology:

• High Priority Violations: 3 points
• Intermediate Priority Violations: 2 points
• Low Priority Violations: 1 point

The alternate government score displayed in the app assigns one point for each violation, regardless of severity.
