Please Note: This version of Life Kitchen Florida provides limited access to health inspection records and violation reports specific to the state of Florida.

Life Kitchen Florida offers a comprehensive platform for accessing and staying up-to-date with restaurant health inspection records in the state. Our daily updates ensure that you have access to the latest publicly available information at all times.

<ul>
 <li>Restaurants are assigned a Life Kitchen Score ranging from A to F, based on the severity of their violations (see scoring methodology below).</li>
 <li>The search feature allows you to easily find restaurants by name, city, or zip code.</li>
 <li>List View results are sorted based on proximity to your location using GPS.</li>
 <li>Map View provides a visual representation of scores from nearby restaurants.</li>
 <li>Live Drive Mode displays scores from nearby restaurants along your route as you drive.</li>
 <li>Add restaurants to your favorites for quick access to their scores.</li>
 <li>Filter options allow you to only view restaurants with specific scores (A/B/C/D/F).</li>
 <li>You can also view health inspections for theme park food carts, catering operations, food trucks, and hot dog carts by adjusting settings.</li>
 <li>All information is sourced directly from the State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations records.</li>
 <li>Share health inspections with others via social media, text, and email.</li>
 <li>Share the app with friends and family via social media, text, and email.</li>

Please note that the State of Florida does not issue health grades to foodservice establishments. Therefore, in order to derive a Life Kitchen score, we utilize the following scoring methodology:

<ul>
 <li>High Priority Violations: 3 points</li>
 <li>Intermediate Priority Violations: 2 points</li>
 <li>Low Priority Violations: 1 point</li>
</ul>

The alternate government score displayed in the app assigns one point for each violation, regardless of severity.

All data is provided as-is for informational purposes only. It is sourced directly from the State of Florida, and any discrepancies should be addressed with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations (DBPR).
